TO AISpark
SINCE 2023
AISpark Global Youth Artificial Intelligence Innovation Forum Launched in 2023 by scholars from Harvard Business School, the School of Engineering, the Harvard School of Education, and the Harvard School of Public Health, the AISpark jointly organized by the Harvard GSE Asia-Pacific Education Students International Association and the Harvard Venture Club.
AISpark Global Youth Artificial Intelligence Innovation Challenge Global Competition design for next generation global high school to college students, aiming to stimulate children's interest and creativity in artificial intelligence. Through real-world problem solving, children will learn to use programming skills and innovative thinking.

2024 Alpha Challenge Global Challenge Annual Theme: Artificial Intelligence and Sustainable Development.
Participants can choose one of the four major challenge topics to participate in:

AI & Education Equity and Inclusion
How to participate: Practical solutions need to include and submit solution reports containing problem descriptions, real-time data, solution approaches, technical implementations, etc.
The final winners will be selected based on the innovation, practicality, and technical implementation of the solutions.

02 Artificial Intelligence Research Report Competition
Participants are required to submit a research report related to artificial intelligence. The research report topic can cover aspects such as machine learning algorithms, intelligent system design, ethics and artificial intelligence, etc.
How to participate: Participants can choose a specific area of interest in the field of artificial intelligence for in-depth research and write a complete research report, including abstract, research background and motivation, literature review, methodology, experimental results, and discussion sections. Note: Clearly cite the sources of references.
Presentation format for the competition: Artificial Intelligence Practical Application Research Report

The. report should be 8-12 pages long, with auxiliary charts and data placed after the text.

AISPARK BUSINESS CHALLENGE

03 Artificial Intelligence Innovation Business Challenge
Participants are required to design and develop an innovative artificial intelligence business application, which can cover fields such as new energy and new medical care.
How to participate: Participants are free to choose application scenarios and implementation methods, and submit complete applications, along with relevant documents and demonstration videos.
The applications will be evaluated by a panel of judges, and scoring criteria will include innovation, practicality, and user experience.
Presentation format for the competition: Application program (presented in PDF format)

10-page Pitch Deck (presented in presentation format, such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.)
Participation Method: Record a video online for backup, and the final presentation time during the finals will be 5 minutes.
COMPETITION RULES
• Participants may choose one or multiple competition projects to participate in, but only one entry is allowed per project.
• Entries must be original and not plagiarize the work of others.
• Participants must submit their entries in the specified format and requirements, and complete the submission through the official website before the deadline.
• Ownership and usage rights of the intellectual property of the entries must be clearly defined.
• Once the final version of the entry is confirmed, participants have only one opportunity to submit it, and they are not allowed to modify or alter it thereafter.
* Entries must adhere to ethical standards and must not involve illegal or unethical behavior. The AISpark Committee reserves the right to penalize participants who violate the competition rules, including but not limited to disqualification and revocation of awards. The AISpark Committee reserves the right to interpret and adjust the competition rules as needed.
